Arco Safety

Arco SafetyHow many times can you drink tea, Pau d'Arco?

(Safety Issue)

I really like the taste of this tea, but I know that is widely used in therapy. Is it safe to drink several glasses on a daily basis and permanent?

For the record, I have trouble drinking enough water, because it makes me nauseous and gives me reflux, especially when drunk on an empty stomach. I'm looking for an alternative to plain water.

I use very PURE cranberry juice diluted in water, but it is simply too expensive at $ 13 a bottle every 5-7 days. I also added flavored effervescent vitamin C which is also beautiful, but too expensive.

I do not want to use something like Crystal Light because of the additives. I think a tea would be a good alternative, and I want something with its own "sweet" flavor without added sugar, sweetener or honey, etc. can not drink tea with mint unless it is very small and, ideally, in a mixture, as it give me acid reflux (and the effect menthol makes me sneeze!))

TIA!

You like the taste, eh? It's different. It is recommended to drink four cups a day for yeast growth. So you can drink less than most without any problem. Pau D 'Arco is one of the herbs you can take on a regular basis .. It is most often used for viruses, diseases of the skin, and as a blood cleanser.

Pau d'Arco is used to fight against bacteria, viruses and fungi, reduce inflammation and support the immune system. Pau d'Arco is also widely consumed as herbal tea in dried form. Mix 2 teaspoons or 3 of Pau d'Arco in two cups of very hot water; drink tea during a day. In some cases, Pau d'Arco tea or supplements cause stomach upset. You must take this into account when passing over water at Pau d'Arco tea.
