Baby Safety

Where can I get some information on baby safety. My son just started scooter and shooting him in the room with his arm when he is on his stomach. It is amazing what he can find. I need to baby proof my house and do not want to miss anything.
It will also start solids in a few weeks. I want to make sure I know what to do if he chokes or something.

I work in a licensed day care with infants and toddlers, and our training told us never to give them carrots or grapes, unless cut very low because if they do not soften get stuck down.
