Car Safety Ratings

With the added security of airbags, crumple zones, bar extrusion, roll cage and four Euro NCAP safety rating, not the security of having these safety devices encourage drivers to take risks?
Is this the result of an accident feel less scary?

I would not say security clearances have a direct effect on driving, but I would say 4 by 4 and larger vehicles (which have the highest rating) to feel safe and could encourage people to drive less safely .

I think all the new technologies Govt pushes the automakers to give drivers a false sense of security. they think they can run in water, ice wedges and round with no sense of danger, as the car will take care of everything they collect.
