Cctv Motion Detector

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with an iSight. This can be set with a motion sensor. I would like to mount an external camera for security again with motion detection. Does anyone know of such a system at a budget cost.Thanks

If you are looking for something reliable, have a separate system. If your laptop on craps, that your security system .. not so sure, in my eyes.
