Commercial Security

I have a property to a commercial property. I would ask someone to live in it, for safety reasons, as a guardian of property. No money will be exchanged and I will continue to pay the bills, rates, etc. Can I do this, or is that legal when it is done by Camelot, adhoc. Business Gurdia¡n property.

only problem I see is that it is probably not zoned residential if the commercial real estate. probably not code as a residence. If so, you should have no problem.
