Fibre Optic Camera

I wanted to know, do not they something like that? If you've played Splinter Cell, you'll know what I mean. As a little wire, you can connect your phone, and it has a camera on the end, and it displays the camera view on your phone, and you can paste as the wire under a door or something like that. Please can someone tell me if there?

They make cameras snake very similar to Splinter Cell, but not those that connect to a cellular phone. Not yet anyway.
