Fire Extinguisher Checklist

I need to create a checklist am living in the building as the technical side (eg generator, lights, water pump, water drum, elevators, stairways, exits, extinguisher) to the cleanness and safety. What are the things that I should look or be cautious?

contact local authorities and they will provide a guideline for health and safety and other info / checklist, etc.

Go to your municipality - the city or county inspector Fitness.

They have all the specifications you need, and the codes you have to respect.

You can even check with the plumbing inspector if they have one in your area to see if the plumbing code. They may require sprinklers in buildings with multiple dwellings. Also, please contact the fire department and see if they have special codes that you have to follow. (Yes, it happens to be a pain, and unless you monitor your tenents will be safe, you'll get a cheaper insurance rates and concern of local government do that:)
