Our local PD will not even respond to unverified alarm calls. They say they do not have the resources. thats not true, they are actually required. If I was having a heart attack or choking on something and a doctor was in the room and it does not help me, he would lose his license to practice medicine, not to mention I could continue *** off. Firefighters and police officers are public servants, they are paid through taxes to do what they are hired and trained in any case they are required under certain laws.
