Is appropriate protective equipment including escape respirator and / or chemical combinations in place.
Adequate emergency plans in place?
Communications regarding emergency situations.
Are there adequate first aiders on site.
Are available on site audible / visual alarms required?
Is there a safe escape and checkpoint?
Registration of all those coming and going on site.
That warning and evacuation procedures are in place. Emergency exits. Is there a key chain easily accessible to emergency response to incidents hours.
