Gws Beaver

Hello, I recently built a GWS beaver rc, but I connected the motor and battery in the control of speed, speed control and two servos on the receiver but when I try to move something, it does not work! I made sure that everything is connected to the right place and the two chips that go into the receiver and transmitter are identical! Speed control is an XTRA air25, the receiver is of type GWS 8 channel mic, my father told me that you must "sync" in the control of speed or something, like all around, then go full diet, so no gas, then it beeps and works. if anyone knows how to fix this annoying problem please tell me!

The chips are only freq crystals.

Is there a power LED on the remote?

Could just be defective, back whence it came.
