Health And Safety Pictures

Some time ago I saw a slide show for health and safety and there were a few photos was of a man and had balanced the ladder on the roof of his truck and was cleaning the windows, another was a whole bunch of things like chairs and boards on top of another. Anyone have any idea where I could find these again?
