Hydrocarbon DetectionIs it possible to identify the charred remains of burnt objects, whatever, etc. diesel was used to burn them?

Is the detection of whether some oil has been used to burn the object (s) possible after a few days?

It has been done before, so do not try to burn anything you would not get caught JK doing.LOL But yes, it is possible to identify the charred remains, no matter what is used to fuel the fire.
