I have a virus on my laptop continuously pops saying my computer is infected and he will try to send me to livesecuritycenter.com. I have Mcafee but it dosent seem to help. Does anyone know how to delete this???

Is indeed a very bad case of spyware. So, no, McAfee, Norton, or any other antivirus programs will not be able to help here. Honestly, I have not heard of many that will help you. You can try SuperAntiSpyware, which is one of the few who might be able to get rid of it for you. It's free and very good. I use it every week to keep my computer cleaned.

you need to restore your computer to a time before the virus, it worked for me.
