Motion Sensitive Camera

I am a police officer for a fag in central California. My department has several boxes to collect money that is divided into. I need a sensible motion / infrared camera that is autonomous and mobile. Ideas? I need to have any outside light. Any ideas on anyone there? I just need to take pictures.

A police officer knows where to find this especially if they are being divided into. Otherwise, you must work for a PD very inefficient.
