Construction safety training online for the rights of workers-light? I light a worker coming today and the need to fill it. I might as well make him trained security while he is here.
Do you know of sites free training workplace safety line?
I wish OSHA refresher courses offered online - but I do not think they do.

It really depends on your industry. There are tons of "tool box" safety programs that could be reviewed, but it is difficult to point you in the right direction without knowing the type of work they do.
An excellent place to start would be with NIOSH, the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. This is a government agency devoted to research on health, working with OSHA. You'll find lots of links to online resources specific to your area and the dangers and risks associated with them.
I know they have videos, not sure if they are available to watch online though. Maybe the library reference materials, you can use.
