Pet Immune Motion Detector

I want to install a basic to intermediate security system wireless home in my condo and not sure that we get. The basic requirements are

1. at least five contacts to get the window / door
2. notify me by phone / e-mail
3. Motion Sensor Pet Immune
4. easy to install and expand (add more accessories later)
5. reliable and low maintenance

Price range is 200 ~ 300, I have no problem to go beyond that if it's worth it. So far, two brands seem to be possible candidates, Skylink Deluxe Kit and GE Simon 3, but I'm not sure I checked the right place for info. Can you suggest a system or model that would best suit my needs? and which provider to buy?

The GE Simon 3 is one of the standard used by many companies and in this price range. For Simon, I would buy where it is cheapest. The three GE is very expandable with up to 38 or 40 areas monitored, I think.

The most important is that it is properly installed. It was very easy to install when the place was built, but now it becomes a bit more complicated. I mean anyone can install it, but you want it done right, without showing son, motion detectors mounted in plain view. There is much to it, then I suggest you investigate the matter before jumping in. There is a forum dedicated to all things safety. I found when I installed video monitor and man was I happy I did. These people know a lot about the industry.
