Pir Alarm Sensor

Pir Alarm SensorIs it the light trigger the motion detector for a home security alarm Yale?

Hello, I have a Yale security system at home. If I were to place the switches that turn on and off automatically at certain times, while the alarm is armed, no alarm PIR sensors capture light all of a sudden opening in the dark? Or is that the sensors detect motion in solids?

The light itself is more likely not. But the heat of the light passing through the "rays" could enable it. I had a client to have a false alarm movement because they left their curtains open in their conservatory and the sun shone directly on the detector.

Here is an article to help you understand how the motions of work. http://www.howstuffworks.com/burglar-ala ...

Anything that breaks the "beam" or "waves" can be activated.
