Portable Cash Box

I am eager to get all staff and around either a 13 or 15 inches (preferably 13) and I want to surf, download the song and use for photography and photo editing programs. I'm not a gamer, should not need all the players a bit. But would it be fast, lightweight and portable. You want to use CASH so I can get that I buy through extras such as software or a bag, so perhaps looking Dell or Toshiba, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
