Rubber Safety Surface

Rubber Safety Surfacequestion of power cord: a people around the electrical safety?

I was wondering about some electrical cords. I noticed a few surface scratches on the power cords that have been subject to intensive use. It's fixed now, but I just want to make sure I'm safe. The material inside the cord does not show or something like that is more aesthetic (gloss coating on the rubber has been blurred in some places.) Anyone here familiar with electrical safety?

If the outer layer of material is intact, you have nothing to fear.

The most important is to ensure that the insulation and wiring inside is not bad. If the siding is not cut or damaged, it should not be cosmetic.

If your cause, you can use a small electrical tape if you think the cord is used to obtain.

you can always wrap the area in electrical tape
