Safety Cabinets When is it age appropriate to remove locks or locks safety cabinets? My two oldest are 17 and 19, so it's been too long to remember, but my two youngest (twins) are 3. I recently painted my kitchen cabinets and really had a lock by then in the kitchen cleaning the cabinet. The type of lock I loop on the outside handle will cause wear on the new painted finish. How old do you think I might be able to not have a lock? I think my husband put a lock on these internal-only two cabinets. Thats still young enough to enter your commands without realizing that it is harmful. Messing paint on two cabinet doors is nothing major and can be easily and cheaply fixed. You really shouldn't be that concerned about the new paint anyway. With young children I'm sure you know many things will be scratched, scratched, spilled on, and all sorts of other things. If it really such a constraint to keep the lock, move these chemicals for high office instead of a bottom. When children start school youre elementry seams good. well its when they understand what can happen when they touch things they should not do such as a glass if they fall, then they will be cut Smash themself I would keep a cupboard with a lock still onfor products cleaning and harmful substances and take the rest off I think three and a half years is a time to the GRT, but uve got to have eyes in the back of ur head lol Noithing we've ever used worked, my daughter was very good at them understand. I remember his father by trying to pass a law firm once more and more frustrated because he could not understand the latch. My daughter then maybe around two gently pushed. Stuck his hand and put the lock ... She took all the plug socket covers. Posted on July 1, 2010.
