It depends on your program budget, number of employees, etc.

Three months seems a very short time for a program to encourage safety.

Establish employee safety incentive point system.

1) Have a safety slogan competition and award points to the
employee has the best safety slogan.

2) Price points to the employee who comes with
better idea of improving safety.

the period indicated.

4) Scoring the leading security employees of the team (s) that
is considered most effective in fulfilling this role by its
