Safety Meetings

I am responsible for having safety meetings, where I work. Sometimes I feel the power point presentations are unnecessary. It becomes aggravating to spend the slices and read. You can tell people are bored. I wonder if there is a kind of instruction that can help me to make meetings more interesting.

You probably do death "by PowerPoint" technique, which is all your information on too many slides and you read it.

Do not continue to slide. reduce it to talk about specific points and show your knowledge about your audience and do not read.
Be happy about yourself. If you're not happy, your audience can not very well either.
