Video Multiplexer

Video MultiplexerIs there a multiplexer cheap and affordable for my project?

Input: RCA (2)
Output: VGA or RCA

I have two cameras that I want to be displayed simultaneously on a monitor. I'm having trouble finding a small box that will achieve through two RCA inputs and one output to a monitor or VGA or RCA. The cost of gasoline as well as size. I can not use an area of video surveillance do to portability problems.

multiplexer you mean? switch between the two via a switch? It's easy if you settle for a RCA outputs, it's just a switch to toggle between the two son.

Or pass them back and forth every two or not? It is similar to above, just replace a relay switch operated by an astable oscillator, such as a 555.

Or do you mean display both on a single screen? It's very complicated. You must combine the two video signals into one, side by side (deformed) or above and below, also distorted. You need a good video processor of some kind.
