Vista 20p

Does anyone have experience installing a Honeywell / Ademco Vista 20P Wireless Alarm Kit? This system could have come with the worst instructions I've ever read. Could someone tell me what the wireless receiver plugs into?

I had no experience at all with the system you are talking about, but I have a degree in electrical engineering. I can tell you that the receiver is generally regarded as the device takes radio signals and converts them into electrical signals or audio. With regard to "connect", I guess you mean either for power or control something. If for power, there is often a label or any text near the power that indicates the type of energy used. Posting here might help a lot. If for orders, most systems are designed somewhat foolproof so that it is possible to connect one way (perhaps through an irregularly shaped plug or socket). Again, more information could help us to sort out questions for you. Moreover, most every student in electrical engineering second year should be able to help you. You can try contacting your local university to ask where the student study lounge is right and stop.
