Weg W21

I have a winch that has a towing capacity of 3000kg and I shortened the cable 2m, but it is too slow. I want a powerful attraction that will make anything attatched to fly it to her.
I have an electric W21 Weg Electric Motor 20hp 1450rpm
and I wondered if I could somehow integrate it into a winch. Everything I have is 2m cable, could I attatch the axle? And who could I get to do that for me, a mechanic?

Shorten the cable end will not make it more powerful. Only scaling engine will. Look for a gearbox that is designed to fit the structure and the shaft you have.

Your existing winch is limited by engine power, engine speed, and the ratio of the reduction headphones. If the engine runs in force at the same speed (1450 rpm) than the engine you have, it does not shoot faster.

You really want that much power draw something that heavy that fast? Be verrrrrrrrrrrrrry, verrrrrrrrrrrry prudent.
