Please help me with my computer? Zone Alarm is causing problems!? Well my internet refused to work until after a long time I updated Zone Alarm and got a free trial. Thus, he began to work again. Then I went on the computer for a while, played the Sims 2, which froze, and I think Zone Alarm is responsible, and I had to reboot my computer.
Then after a while I wanted to go on the Internet again. I turned on my computer and the thing ZoneAlarm trial approached, and said that I had to pay for the actual update. I clicked on the button to continue the trial, but my net does not work! So I restarted my computer, click the X in the corner, and I sort of Zone Alarm from my system. Does all this sound familiar? If yes, please tell me Whats up? Zone Alarm is crap? It was all working well before. I was getting blue screens that well before the last day of trial.
Thank you for any help.
Unless you know how to use the software, do not use it. If you are wanting to block websites, change your Windows host file. Firewalls are good if you visit the wrong type of sites, or by chance become lucky with the strange site you browse.
I guess it depends on your goal to have installed zone alarm. I want to keep my own PC and just follow regular scans after a few days worth of computer use. You can find free online scanners that work just as well.
I suggest you go into your control panel and add / delete software called Zone Alarm. If you wish, reinstall it and try again.
Do not use something you're not sure.
It seems you get a driver error or installation error.
I recommend you scan your PC Here http://www.keep-pc-clean.com/
Easy Registry Cleaner is a very pc
I uninstalled my Zone Alarm Pro version before and during the uninstall it took some very important registry keys with her, I had no internet at all and spent hours trying to find the problem. I literally had to reinstall ZoneAlarm and behold, there was my new internet. In fact, I like Zone Alarm, especially since it gives me the ability to block programs from accessing the Internet. In this way, I have the full control.
By clicking the "x" in the corner will not get you anywhere you need to right click on your Zone Alarm icon in your taskbar near the clock, then "close Zone Alarm." See if you can do and if your internet problems go away. In this way, you do not uninstall it and you can always recover it from Start, All Programs.
Also, you may want to get a program called Advanced System Care. It will find all your computer problems and repair them. I sent you a link to a site that explains in more detail about this program and, more importantly, it has a subscription FREE AND LEGAL 180 days for the PRO version.
